Terms & Conditions

APPLICATION

• Applications will only be accepted when accompanied by a full deposit as requested.

• If we are unable to accept your application your deposit will be refunded and we reserve the right to do so without explanation.

• If you are accepted you will be notified and allocated with a booking reference (which is also your invoice number).

• Applications for stands in specified positions will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

• Only products described on your application form can be exhibited or advertising materials relating to your business displayed on your stand.

• Space cannot be sub-let.

• If products are not to the standard described on your application form the Organisers reserve the right to request the removal of articles and to cancel any future bookings with refund of deposit.

DISPLAY PRESENTATION

• Table coverings must reach the floor on all open sides and be of non-flammable material.

• The Organisers request a high standard of display and this is a requirement and a condition of acceptance.

• Your display area must be kept neat and tidy at all times.

• After dismantling your display ensure sure that your area is clean and tidy (no rubbish please).

• Any unoccupied stands will be dressed or re-allocated or by the Organiser as we see fit before the commencement of the Exhibition.

• Due to venue licensing exhibitors may not bring in their own alcoholic goods for own consumption or serving to visitors unless by prior written agreement with the Organisers

OPENING AND CLOSING TIME

• Your display must be fully set up, manned 15 minutes before show opening times.

• Your stand must be manned by you or your staff at all times during show opening hours.

• Your display can only be dismantled after closing time.

• At no time may an exhibitor (other than in exceptional circumstances and with agreement with the Organiser) leave the show before closing time.

LIABILITY

• There will be a security presence at the show, but the Organisers, their employees, agents or assignees cannot and will not be held responsible for the safety of persons, stock, money or possessions while travelling to or from or during the event. Exhibitors are urged to take out their own insurance cover.

• Everything But The Groom require all exhibitors to indemnify them against all claims for personal injury and damage to property caused by their (the exhibitors) negligence. All exhibitors must hold public liability insurance for this purpose.

• Copies of all appropriate certification may be requested prior to the show.

• The exhibitor shall not have any claim whatsoever against the Organisers in respect of any loss or damage, consequent upon the Fair/Exhibition failing (for whatsoever reason) or the venue being or becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the event for whatsoever reason.

• The Organisers reserve the right to manage the show in every aspect as they deem appropriate.

• The Organisers reserve the right to remove any individual they deem not suitable for whatsoever reason.

• The Organisers will undertake to make all reasonable attempts to provide necessary services for the smooth operation of the Exhibition but accept no responsibility for the breakdown or failure of such services.

The Organisers cannot guarantee how many brides will attend any event

CANCELLATIONS

• If any booking is cancelled for any reason then the deposit is non-refundable.

• If cancellation is made within six weeks prior to the event date you will be liable to the full payment.

• All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Everything But The Groom.

• A verbal cancellation is not acceptable.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• As an exhibitor please be respectful of all others participating in the event. All queries should be directed to the Organisers.

Amendments of Rules

• The Organisers reserve the right to alter add to or amend any of these Rules and Regulations. Should any question arise, whether provided for in these conditions or not the decision of the Organisers shall be final. No alteration, addition, amendment or waiver to or of these Rules and Regulations shall operate to release any Exhibitor from his contract.
